BCAA 8: 1: 1 from the FA is a new refreshed version of the well-known and proven branched chain amino acids (BCAA) brand’s fitness Authority. The supplement provides a branched chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine) in a ratio of 8: 1: 1.
Amino acids, including the BCAA are the “building blocks anabolic” needed to build strong and hard muscles. Amino acids in contrast to proteins which do not require complex products of digestion that can be utilized by the body. After consumption amino acids can be absorbed from the intestinal lumen into the bloodstream and then directly supplied to the working muscles, which reduces time and energy expenditure already loaded workout. The primary use of amino acids to their use by the body in anabolic processes for the synthesis of new proteins and repair existing ones that have been damaged.
Consumption of BCAA before training can protect the muscle proteins from breakdown, because it is the branched chain amino acids side in the muscles and liver are converted into glucose and can serve as an alternative source of energy. High levels of BCAA in the body during exercise may cause a decrease in production of serotonin in the brain, which helps reduce and delay the feeling of central fatigue.
